 This website details the process of designing and building a Stirling Engine from recycled materials. Our initial goal was to build an effective system to raise a quarter 2 meters off the ground using only the heat and energy generated from a tealight candle. We did initial calculations and ideation for raising the quarter and decided that making a Stirling Engine would be the most effective method.
